CO-B4 measures carbon monoxide (CO), not carbon dioxide (CO2). This listing is the standard CO-B4 model, not CO-B4+. The manufacturer's CO-B4+ version adds an Integrated Smart Technology (IST) board with stored sensor data and a temperature sensor; do not assume the two versions have the same interface.
The standard four-electrode sensor needs compatible readout circuitry and instrument calibration; it is not a standalone CO alarm. The manufacturer recommends its Individual Sensor Board (ISB) for low-noise measurements. Match the sensor model, pin connections and instrument requirements before ordering.
