12-month warranty, with a clear claim process
West Control Supply provides the seller warranty from delivery. Covered defects under normal correct use qualify for replacement, repair or refund under our policy, with reasonable approved return and replacement shipping paid by us. Any longer warranty expressly promised in a listing or at purchase is preserved.
Our separate 30-day change-of-mind return option covers unused, uninstalled, complete items. Warranty and statutory fault remedies are not limited to that 30-day window. Read our Returns & Warranty policy, or email admin@westcontrolsupply.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
Worldwide delivery
Enjoy tracked Standard delivery in 7–14 days, with free shipping on qualifying orders, or choose Express delivery in 4–7 days where available. For destinations available at checkout, we cover import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees, so you do not pay these charges separately on delivery.

The selected variant's In stock label reflects our physical sellable inventory; its available quantity is shown on the product page. We check these details against the available records rather than guessing from a model number.
