Who provides support?

30-day returns and 12-month warranty

Are sensors and replacement parts covered?

Yes. Every physical product we sell, including sensors and electrical replacement components, has at least a 12-month limited West Control Supply warranty from delivery. Coverage applies in every destination to which we deliver. Any longer warranty expressly promised in a listing or at purchase is preserved.

Who pays shipping for a covered fault?

West Control Supply pays reasonable approved return and replacement shipping costs for a covered fault, including international deliveries. Contact us first for a prepaid method or written reimbursement approval. Covered defects under normal correct use qualify for replacement, repair or refund under our policy.

Can I return an unused item?

Separate 30-day change-of-mind returns are available for unused, uninstalled, complete items. For these returns the customer pays return shipping. This does not limit fault claims, warranty coverage or statutory rights.

How do I earn rewards?

Earn 1% in store credit on eligible paid online orders, based on the merchandise amount after discounts and excluding shipping and taxes. Rewards are added after order eligibility checks and shown in the order currency.

Where can I see my balance?

Sign in to your customer account and open your account details to view your Store credit balance. This is a real monetary balance, not a separate points total.

How do I use credit on my next order?

Sign in and choose Apply store credit at checkout to use available credit on a future purchase in the same currency. Unused credit accumulates in your account.

Which orders qualify?

Eligible paid online merchandise orders qualify. Gift cards and test orders are excluded. Cancelled or refunded purchases may require a corresponding reward adjustment.
