Shipping Policy

Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Australia
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after dispatch. Express delivery is estimated at 1–2 business days after dispatch. The available service and price are displayed at checkout. Standard delivery is free for eligible Australian orders over the threshold shown at checkout.

International delivery
Standard international delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas or destinations requiring customs clearance may take longer. Not every product or destination may be eligible.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Orders may be shipped in more than one parcel when necessary.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, the tracking number is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Customs, duties and taxes
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, international customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges and local compliance requirements. Customs delays are outside our direct control.

Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact admin@startechwest.com.au immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or dispatch has begun.

Delays, loss or damage
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If a tracked shipment is materially delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting information so we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.
