Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery options

The base USD rates below are converted into your supported local currency at checkout.

• Standard shipping: US$4.99.
• Free standard shipping: merchandise totals of US$59 or more after discounts.
• Standard delivery: generally 7–14 business days.
• Express delivery: US$23.90 and generally 4–7 business days where available.

Destinations and currency

West Control Supply ships to eligible destinations worldwide. Choose your country in the header to browse and pay in the supported local currency. Shipping rates and the free-shipping threshold convert automatically from our USD base rates. Delivery availability for each destination is shown at checkout.

Import duties and customs charges

For destinations available at checkout, West Control Supply covers import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance fees. You will not need to pay these charges separately to receive your order.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking number is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear.

Addresses

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact admin@westcontrolsupply.com promptly if a correction is needed.

Delivery support

If a tracked shipment is materially delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and supporting information so we can investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate remedy.
