Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of westcontrolsupply.com and purchases from West Control Supply. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  1. Store information
    We aim to keep product descriptions, model numbers, images, prices and availability accurate. Product compatibility is the customer’s responsibility unless we have confirmed it in writing. Images may be illustrative and packaging may vary.

  2. Orders and acceptance
    Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order for reasons including pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, export restrictions, or an inability to deliver. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount paid.

  3. Prices and payment
    Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties and other charges are shown or described before payment where available. Payment must be authorised using an accepted method.

  4. Product availability
    Inventory can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we may offer a reasonable alternative, backorder, partial fulfilment or refund. We will not substitute an item without the customer’s agreement.

  5. Shipping and delivery
    Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, remote-area service, weather or events outside our reasonable control. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Risk and title pass as provided by applicable law.

  6. International orders
    International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local compliance unless checkout expressly states that these charges are included. We may decline destinations or products restricted by law or carrier rules.

  7. Returns and refunds
    Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  8. Acceptable use
    You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, infringe intellectual property rights, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

  9. Intellectual property
    Site content, branding, layout and original materials are owned by or licensed to West Control Supply and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility or products where applicable.
